CONVENTION DE RENONCIATION ET DE DÉCHARGE DE RESPONSABILITÉ
Je consens par la présente à ce qui suit : Alors que je participe aux activités offertes par les hôtes et les invités spéciaux, je comprends que les offres de ce cours, cet atelier/cette session et/ou cette retraite ne se substituent pas à une attention médicale, un examen, un diagnostic ou un traitement. Je recevrai des informations et des instructions liées à la santé physique. Je reconnais que tous les programmes d'exercice nécessitent un effort physique qui peuvent être intense et entraîner des blessures physiques, et je suis pleinement conscient(e) des risques et des dangers. Si, à tout moment pendant les activités, je ressens de l'inconfort ou de la douleur, j'en informerai l'instructeur et demanderai de l'aide. Je peux me reposer à tout moment pendant le cours et/ou tout au long de la retraite. J'écouterai mon corps et respecterai ses limites à tout moment. Je comprends qu'il est de ma responsabilité de consulter un médecin avant et en ce qui concerne ma participation à tout programme d'activité. Je déclare et garantis que je suis physiquement et mentalement apte et que je n'ai aucune condition médicale qui empêcherait ma participation à des cours ou ateliers/sessions de conditionnement physique. Je reconnais qu'il est de ma responsabilité d'informer mon instructeur de toute maladie ou blessure grave avant chaque cours. J'accepte que ni les instructeurs, ni l'établissement hôte, ne soient responsables de toute blessure ou dommage, corporel ou matériel, résultant de ma participation à ce cours, cet atelier/cette session et/ou cette retraite. Je suis conscient(e) que des photos et des vidéos pourront être prises pendant l'événement et qu'elles pourraient être utilisées à des fins de marketing et de publicité dans des futures publications, sur le site web, sur les réseaux sociaux ou dans toute publication de tiers.
Je comprends que le paiement du cours, de l'atelier/de la session et/ou de la retraite est final, sans remboursement sauf en cas d'urgence médicale. Des frais d'annulation s'appliqueront en raison des coûts associés tels que les activités organisées, les hébergements, etc. J'accepte que toute annulation faite moins de 2 jours avant d'un cours, 14 jours avant d'un atelier/d'une session et/ou 30 jours avant d'une retraite soit payée en totalité et que je puisse transférer ma place à une autre personne. Veuillez noter qu'un frais de 2.9 % additionnel sera appliqué à toute transaction par carte de crédit et que pour toute retraite, la réservation est par personne, non par chambre.
Exclusion de Participation : Dans le cas malheureux où un(e) invité(e) dissimulerait des problèmes physiques et/ou de santé, serait inapte et/ou causerait des perturbations mettant en danger la prestation du service et/ou la santé des autres participant(e)s, facilitateurs ou équipements, l'invité(e) peut être exclu(e) de la participation au cours, à l'atelier/à la session et/ou à la retraite après un avertissement initial. Si la situation se produit, le contrat sera résilié sans autre préavis, les coûts déjà payés ne seront pas remboursables et les coûts engagés seront à la charge de l'invité(e). J'ai lu la libération et la décharge de responsabilité ci-dessus et en comprends pleinement le contenu ainsi que les politiques de remboursement/annulation. J'accepte volontairement les termes et conditions énoncés ci-dessus.

AGREEMENT OF RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I hereby agree to the following: As I participate in activities offered by the hosts and special guests, I understand that the offerings of this class, workshop/session and/or retreat are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. I will receive fitness related information and instruction. I recognize that all exercise programs require physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards. If at any time during the activities I feel discomfort or pain, I will inform and seek assistance from the teacher. I may rest at any time during the class and/or throughout the retreat. I will listen to my body and respect its limits on any given day. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any activity program. I represent and warrant that I am physically and mentally fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in fitness classes or workshops/sessions. I recognize that it is my responsibility to notify my teacher of any serious illness or injury before every class. I accept that neither the instructors, nor the hosting facility, are liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from my participation in this class, workshop/session and/or retreat. I am aware that photographs and video footage may be taken during the event and may be used for marketing and publicity in future publications, on the website and in social media or in any third party publication.
I understand that the payment for the class, workshop/session and/or retreat is final with no refund, other than for medical emergency. Cancellation fees will apply due to associated costs such as the organized activities, accommodations etc. I agree that all cancellations made less than 2 days in advance before a class, 14 days before a workshop/session and/or 30 days before a retreat be paid in full and that I may transfer my spot to another person. Please note that an additional 2.9% transaction fee will be applied to all credit card transactions, and that for retreats, the reservation is per person, not per room.
Exclusion of Participation: In the unfortunate circumstance, if a guest conceals physical and/or health issues, is unfit, and/or causes disruptions that endanger the provision of the service and/or the health of other participants, facilitators, or equipment the guest can be excluded from the participation of the class, workshop/session and/or retreat after an initial warning. If the situation arises, the contract will be terminated without further notice, already paid costs are non-refundable and incurring costs are to be paid by the guest. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents as well as the Refund/Cancellation Policies. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.

BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING THE ELECTRONIC FORM, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
